Google has launched an Android Design portal for developers as a guide to help them learn design their apps ‘exceptionally’ well, both in terms of design and functionality. The guide covers several sections like Creative Vision (of Android), Design Principles, Themes, Typography, App Structure, Gestures and much more.

Well turns out Google has indeed learnt its lessons, bringing in a product which has taken every aspect of the user into consideration. Be it privacy, UI or any feature for that matter Google+ has delivered much more than anyone expected. But this “Much more” has been associated with another skeptical view that its only for Geeks. Well am not really sure, if that view is correct. It would be still too early to comment on it.

Google recently unveiled Google Wallet, an application for Android as an aim to replace our wallets with our phones, making use of Near Field Communication. Further, it will be synced with Google Offers that means every offer and loyalty point will be redeemed automatically with a single tap via NFC.
NFC payment indeed sounds cool and with Google’s services merged in, it would be an amazing technology. Could this be the next big thing in shopping? My answer is Yes! Here’s what I think.
